2025年群馬県の高校生リバースメンターにGKAから4名が選出され、8月6日に県庁で山本一太知事に提言を行いました。In 2025, four students from GKA were selected as high school reverse mentors in Gunma Prefecture. On August 6, they presented their proposals to Governor Ichita Yamamoto at the prefectural office.

大津里穂さん
「戦後80年の広島平和記念式典の日に、群馬で県民の平和意識の向上を提言、その翌週、広島の国際フォーラムでも国内外の高校生と提言を行いました。多くの方のサポートで貴重な経験ができたことに感謝し、提言の実現へ努めます。
In the summer marking 80 years after the war, I had the opportunity to present proposals to raise peace awareness among citizens in Gunma on the day of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Ceremony. The following week, I presented proposals with high school students from Japan and abroad at an international forum in Hiroshima. I am grateful for the support that made these valuable experiences possible, and I will continue working toward making the proposals into action.」

「１１年生の長野伶有です。書類選考や面接を経て、第三期高校生リバースメンターに選ばれることができました。提言テーマは、「外国人の方々のコミュニティーの輪を広げ、医療体制などの情報を普及する」を掲げました。２ヶ月間のヒアリング、ワークショップなどの準備期間を経て、８月６日に群馬県庁での提言会で山本知事と意見交換を行いました。楽しんで自信を持って発表できたことを誇りに思っています。これから提言が実現するよう群馬県庁の方々と協力していきたいです。
I am Reia Nagano from 11th grade. After a document screening and interview process, I was selected as a third-term high school student reverse mentor. The theme of my proposal was “Expanding the foreign community and spreading information about the medical system.” After 2 months of preparation, including interviews and workshops, I exchanged opinions with Governor Yamamoto at a proposal meeting at the Gunma Prefectural Government Office on August 6th. I’m proud that I was able to enjoy my presentation and make it with confidence. I would like to work with the people at the Gunma Prefectural Government Office to make my proposal a reality.」
橋場 梨奈さん
「この度リバースメンターに選抜していただいた橋場梨奈です。皆さんは献血に行ったことがありますか？薬の服用や貧血などの理由で献血ができない方もいますが、日本では今血液不足が問題となっています。特に若年層は年々低下しており、少子高齢化の影響で今後さらに血液の安定供給が難しくなると考えられています。そこで、若年層の献血率の低下問題に対する提言をしました。先月の提言会では実際に知事と意見を交換する機会をいただき、前向きなご意見や実は知事も針が怖いという本音を伺うことができました。今後も話し合いを重ねて提言案を実現できるよう頑張ります。」
「My name is Rina Hashiba, and I was honored to be selected as a Reverse Mentor.
Have you ever donated blood?Some people are unable to do so because of medication or anemia, but the shortage of blood has become a serious problem currently. In particular, the donation rate among younger generations has been declining year by year, and with the effects of an aging society, it is expected that securing a stable blood supply will become even more difficult in the future.
In response to this issue, I made a proposal to address the decline in blood donation among young people. At the proposal meeting last month, I had the valuable opportunity to discuss with the Governor. I received encouraging feedback, and I was surprised to know that the Governor himself said that he also finds needles scary.I will work hard to continue discussions to bring our proposal into reality.」
堀菜々華さん
「私は若者の献血率向上に向けた提言を知事にしました。献血を行っている方の大半が40~50代の方のため、少子高齢化が進む中で危機感を抱きました。知事に提言させていただいたところ、とても前向きに考えてくださいました。今後、県の方々と恐怖心の払拭と認知率向上に向けた活動を行っていきたいと思っています。
I made a proposal to the governor to increase the blood donation rate among young generations. The majority of blood donors are in between 40 ~ 50 years old, so I thought the declining birthrate and aging population will make this problem more worse . When I made the proposal to the governor, he was very positive about it. I would like to continue working with the prefecture to decrease the fear and increase awareness.」
