生徒の安全のための教員研修/Teacher Training for Student Safety

本校では、生徒の安全確保を目的とした教員向け研修を実施しました。

本研修では、心肺蘇生法（CPR）やエピペン、AEDの使用方法について、実技を交えながら学びました。緊急時において冷静かつ迅速に対応できるよう、具体的な場面を想定したトレーニングを行い、教員一人ひとりが対応力の向上を図りました。また、校内で起こり得るさまざまな緊急事態への対応についても確認し、共通理解を深める貴重な機会となりました。

さらに、火災などの災害時における優先行動、また未連絡の場合の欠席の連絡についても確認を行いました。

本校では、生徒の安全と安心を最優先に考えています。今後も継続的に研修を行い、あらゆる状況において生徒を守ることができる体制づくりに努めてまいります。

A faculty training session aimed at ensuring student safety was recently conducted at our school.

During the session, teachers engaged in hands-on training in essential emergency response skills, including CPR, the use of an EpiPen and AED. Through scenario-based practice, staff worked on responding calmly and quickly in emergency situations, further strengthening each teacher’s ability to act effectively. The training also provided a valuable opportunity to review and develop a shared understanding of how to respond to various emergencies that may occur on campus.

In addition, teachers confirmed priority actions in the event of a fire and discussed procedures for handling student absences when no prior notification has been received.

At our school, the safety and well-being of our students remain our highest priority. We will continue to provide ongoing training to ensure that we are fully prepared to protect and support our students in any situation.
