Pre-school Guidelines

Application for	Preparatory class for the first grade
Qualification	Children who were born between April 2, 2020 and April 1, 2021. (Children who will reach elementary school age by April 2027.)
Number of students accepted	All applicants are subject to entry. ∗However, adjustments may be made depending on the condition of application.
Application Period	From October 7th to October 14th, 2025
Application fee	15,000yen
Application Document	Entrance Application Form ∗will be distributed at school orientations or can be obtained upon request by phone or email after the 1st school orientation.
Where to send	Please submit the Entrance Application Form during the application period by mail (registered mail) or bring it to GKA administration office.
Notes	There is no entrance exam given to enter Pre-school. Tuition is 22,000 yen/mo. Other expenses for textbooks and other materials will be requested separately. The Pre-school holds a consultation between the elementary school teachers / staff and the parents of Pre-school students concerning the GKA Elementary School. Pre-school students who wish to enter GKA Elementary School will take entrance exams along with non-pre-school applicants.
