From Grade 8 to Grade 6: Secondary School Orientation・8年生と6年生の交流：中等部オリエンテーション

On September 1st, grade 6 students were visited by some very special guests. Selected students from Grade 8 came to discuss what it’s like to be a GKA Secondary School student. First they talked about heavy topics like homework, clubs, committees, assessments, and other important events. Second was a question and answer portion where grade 6 students could ask more personal questions (which was encouraged by the speakers).  The 8th graders did an excellent job with their presentation. The 6th graders were engrossed as they listened and learned more about their future school. Based on their interaction, we can say they had fun! Thank you to the 8th graders who gave up their free time to spend with us. 

9月1日、6年生には特別な訪問者がいました。8年生から選ばれた生徒が、GKA中等部の生活などについてオリエンテーションをしに来てくれました。最初は、宿題、部活動や同好会、委員会、評価、その他の重要なイベントなど、重要な話をしました。その後、質疑応答で、より個人的な質問をしました。 8年生たちは、素晴らしいプレゼンをしてくれました。6年生は、半年後に進級する、自分たちの学校についてより深く知り、熱心に耳を傾けていました。彼らの様子から、誰もが楽しむことができたと言えるでしょう！自由時間を6年生のために使うことを選択してくれた8年生の皆さん、ありがとうございました。
