Tanabata Twin-Class Activity

今年度の七夕は、行事委員会の児童がたくさんの準備をしてくれました。

所属する委員は、クイズを作り、スタンプラリー形式の行事を企画し、低学年の子どもたちが楽しみながら七夕について学ぶことができるように運営してくれました。

ツインクラス活動として、高学年の児童が低学年のバディの子たちと一緒に行動するようにデザインされていました。

クイズラリーのあとは、一緒に短冊に願い事を書き、竹を飾りつけました。

児童行事委員会の努力と入念な計画により、今年の七夕祭りは楽しく思い出に残るイベントになりました。

This year, GKA Elementary had an extra-special celebration of the Tanabata Festival thanks to the hard work of the Events Committee.  

These upper elementary students planned a quiz and stamp rally where the younger students could learn about Tanabata in a fun way.  

Also, the event was held as a twin-class activity where the older students worked with and supported their ‘buddy’ from the lower elementary grades.  

After they finished the quiz, everyone wrote their wishes on their TANZAKU card and attached them to the bamboo branch.

Through their hard work and careful planning, the student Events Committee was able to make this year’s Tanabata festival a fun and memorable event. Great job, everyone!
