＜ＧＫＡによる理科教科書の翻訳・製本　Translating and binding of Science Textbook by GKA＞

子ども達は、今年度から新しい内容の理科の教科書を使っています。

今年度の教科書改訂に合わせて、ＧＫＡでは昨年度から理科の教科書の翻訳・製本の作業に取り組んできました。

ただ単に日本語の教科書の内容を翻訳するだけではなく、内容を英語で分かりやすく説明するために、本校の職員と児童が協力して撮影した写真なども使用しています。

ＧＫＡで翻訳・製本した英語版の理科教科書は、国内外の英語イマージョンスクールで使用されています。

このような活動を通じて、これからも世界各地の英語イマージョンスクールとの連携を深めていきたいと考えています。

Elementary students have been using a new Science textbook from this April.

GKA worked on translating and binding of the new Science textbook from last year for this year’s revision.

We not only translated the contents of the Japanese textbook, but also took original pictures in order to make our English explanation easier.

Many English Immersion Schools in Japan and in other countries are using this new Science textbook translated and bound by GKA.

We are encouraging collaboration with the English Immersion Schools in the world through this kind of cooperation.
