Grade 2: Board Game Design in Art Class

第2学年　図工　ボードゲーム作り

2年生は、図工の授業で形について学んでいます。いろいろな形を使って、想像力を働かせて、シンプルな「蛇と梯子」のようなゲームをデザインしています。形を切って、貼って、ボードゲームを飾り付けるだけでなく、自分でサイコロも作ります。皆が作り終わったら、友達と一緒にやってみます。新しい概念を学ぶのに創造的で面白いやり方ではないでしょうか。

G2 Art – Board Game Making

Grade 2 students are learning about shape in art class.  Using various shapes, they can design a simple Snakes and Ladders style board game according to their own imagination.  They will cut, glue and decorate their game boards, as well as build their own custom cardboard dice.  When everyone has finished working, students can playtest their new games along with their friends.  What a creative and fun way to learn new art concepts!
