２年生：草むしりで植物も元気に！・Weeding makes the plants healthy too!

２年生はゴールデンウィーク明けに野菜の種をまきました。2週間ごとに生活科の授業で植物の成長を観察しています。株も大きくなってきました。植物が元気に育つように、子ども達は毎日水やりをしています。また、写真のように時々草むしりもしています。これは6月20日に行われたときの様子です。

The second graders planted vegetable seeds after Golden Week. The students are observing the growth of their plants in Life Science classes every two weeks. Now the plants are getting bigger. To make the plants healthy, the students enjoy watering them every day. They also weed their gardens once in a while, as you can see in the photos. The weeding was done on June 20th.
